Daytime Support: $70/Hr (Min 4 HRS/Max 6 HRS between 10am - 7pm)

Personal Care
-Light cooking & meal prepping

-Light housekeeping
-Being a soundboard for all the questions weighing on you

-Sound healing, breathwork, and guided meditations

Baby’s Care
-Assistance with breastfeeding, pumping, hand expression, and bottle feeding
-Assistance with infant care including bathing, and soothing techniques
-Assistance with sleep and feeding strategy information

Sibling Care

-Observing toddlers and grade school aged children

-Assistance with play time and meal time

*Small complimentary postpartum items supplied when necessary
